Nature of the Service

This private reference site is independent of all government offices. It does not store official jail, court, or corrections records. We cannot confirm custody, cause a release, post bond, or submit a government filing for a visitor.

The site organizes routes to Kerr County jail and court records, Texas Department of Criminal Justice searches, supervision resources, federal or immigration locators, and optional third-party research services.

Acceptable Use Rules

• Use the site only in compliance with the law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or harm another person.
• Do not use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another prohibited decision.
• Do not seek unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated extraction tools.
• Do not interfere with site availability or another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reports

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not provide credit reports, consumer reports, background checks, or screening services, and neither do our advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use site information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Rental, tenant, or housing screening
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections sites, court or release-record portals, legal-aid resources, federal locators, and outside search providers. A link is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for another site's content, privacy practices, data handling, availability, or terms. Review the destination's rules before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and all content are supplied "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty concerning:

• The accuracy, completeness, or present currency of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability
• Freedom from errors, defects, or security weaknesses
• The scope or quality of a partner's search results

Custody and public-record systems change often. Nothing published here is an official statement from Kerr County Sheriff's Office, a court, TDCJ, or another government agency. Texas public-record access is governed in part by Government Code Chapter 552, including its exceptions.

Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas.

Severability of Terms

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected language will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
